I&#8217;ve sat in meetings where difficult decisions were made, watched leaders navigate uncertainty, and witnessed the challenges that come with carrying the weight of an entire organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The experience completely changed my understanding of leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are some of the most valuable leadership lessons I learned from watching CEOs behind closed doors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Great CEOs Focus on People<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best leaders I&#8217;ve worked with understood something important:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Businesses grow because of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Behind every successful company is a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strongest CEOs invest time in building culture, developing leaders, and creating environments where people can succeed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leadership is not about controlling people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It&#8217;s about empowering them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6.
